Important information
Prices include electricity, heating, parking, use of the indoor pool in the main building and the sauna areas, sun terrace, common rooms and children's play rooms in the main and new buildings.
Smoking is not permitted in the apartments.
Dogs are permitted: € 12,00 per day
Parking in garage (optional): € 4,00 per day

Internet access in the apartment
The holiday apartment is available from 3 pm on the day of arrival and until 09.30 am on the day of departure.
Cancellation charge:
There is no right of withdrawal under the Consumer Protection Code
(notification pursuant to Part III, Title III, Para. I of the Consumer
Protection Code, Leg. Decree 206/2005).
We nevertheless offer the following cancellation conditions:
- In the event of cancellation, we charge 50% of the agreed apartment price from 6 weeks up to 21 days before the start of the holiday; with late arrivals, early departures or non-arrivals the days booked will be charged in full.
- In any case the deposit will be kept in the event of cancellations.
- We recommend that you take out holiday cancellation insurance.
Please note: we do NOT accept any debit cards/credit cards
Free use of the ski bus (The bus stop is 3 minutes' walk away from the residence.)
