Residence Wiesenhof – General terms and conditions

Arrival and departure:
The holiday apartment is available from 2:00 pm on the day of arrival and until 09:30 am the day of departure.
For arrivals after 03:00 pm we ask you to let us know.

Prices and tourist tax:
The prices are for the apartment for the specified number of people from 3 nights.
For every additional person in the same apartment we charge a surcharge.
Bookings are valid once confirmed in writing by the Residence Wiesenhof.
In addition to the prices listed, there is a local tax of € 1,70 per person and day (from age 14) that has to be paid locally, from 01.01.21 € 2,10.

Payment possibilities:
Cash payment limit Euro 1.999,00;
Advance payment via bank transfer.
Credit/EC card accepted: VISA/Mastercard, Pago Bancomat.

Cancellation charge:
There is no right of withdrawal under the Consumer Protection Code
(notification pursuant to Part III, Title III, Para. I of the Consumer
Protection Code, Leg. Decree 206/2005).
We nevertheless offer the following cancellation conditions:
•    For cancellation from 6 weeks to 21 days before the start of the holiday, we charge 50% of the agreed apartment price.
      From 20 days before the start of your holiday, in the event of late arrivals, early departures or non-arrivals the booked days will be charged in full.
•    If the apartment is canceled, the deposit will not be refunded.
•    We recommend that you take out holiday cancellation insurance.

Apartments, indoor swimming pool and leisure facilities:
Prices include electricity, heating, parking, use of the indoor pool in the main building and the sauna areas, sun terrace, common rooms and children's play rooms in the main and new buildings.
The use of the facilities is at your own risk.

Smoking:
Smoking in the apartment and in the public rooms is not permitted.

Dogs:
Dogs are accepted only in the main building on request against payment if they are clean, calm and well educated.
Dogs must be kept on a leash in the building and outside.

All prices and information have been controlled carefully and several times – subject to misprints, mistakes and changes.
